What is the DG - InfoSearch?

The DG - InfoSearch is a searchable database that requires you to enter any words or part of a word to find specific information about a dangerous good. Results include Shipping Names, UN number, Descriptions, Primary Class, ERAP index etc.

The information is derived directly from Schedules 1, 2 and 3 from the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulation and the information is updated on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.

You can also search the database by typing in a "UN Number". Simply enter any word or string of characters in the box above (search option 2). or enter the 'UN' number for the Dangerous good you are interested in (option 1). Press the 'Search' button to start the search.
