Pre-Purchase Courses
Not all employees need the training right now? No problem! You can pre-purchase courses to take advantage of these quantity discounts. Once an employee's training date comes up, simply activate an account using their name and they can start their training immediately.

There are NO expiry dates for pre-purchased courses. You can take as long as you need to fill the spots.

Each account must have a designated supervisor with an email address. After placing your order, the supervisor will receive an email with each trainee's course information.

Step 2: Employees Take the Course
Once the supervisor receives the password list, he/she distributes the login information to the appropriate trainees and they can immediately log into their course. Trainees must pass each chapter in order to successfully complete the course. They can retake a quiz as many times as necessary to pass.

Course Administration: Supervisor's have complete control of the training. Through their Course Administration site, the supervisor can:
 

see who is registered for which course

view trainee status (certified, in progress etc.)
see quiz scores & number of attempts
see which questions were answered incorrectly
view and print certificates
purchase more courses or training materials
instantly re-activate expired accounts
manage accounts using groups
Step 3: Certification!
After an employee successfully completes the course, two training certificates are emailed to the supervisor. The supervisor keeps a copy for his records and gives the other to the employee.

Certificates are accompanied by a Performance Record for your HR department.

After training is complete, employees still have access to course material and references (including DG-InfoSearch).
