2008 Transport Canada released and published the long awaited TDG
Amendment 6. Effective immediately, this amendment provides
relief to Contractors and HVAC Technicians who transport Class 2
dangerous goods on Canadian roads. In most cases, TDG
Regulations section 1.15 "150 kg Gross Mass Exemption" provides
contractors with a full exemption to the TDG Regulations.
