» Why do I get an ActiveX error message when trying to install?
  • If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2, by default Windows will stop ActiveX controls from loading onto your computer. Windows will display a yellow information bar at the top of the browser window with this warning. Click the bar and select 'Install ActiveX Control' to continue the installation.

  • This is the browser's window that is displayed when you try to install an ActiveX component. The window it letting you know that the file containing the component setup.cab is signed digitally by YOW Canada Inc.  This window will look slightly different on various versions of the Windows operating system.
