Ottawa, ON. – In an effort
to support the local community, YOW Canada Inc. is
proud to announce that a percentage of all sales generated
during the month of May, 2007, will be donated to The Ottawa Hospital Foundation,
through the Ottawa Marathon. YOW Canada will also be
supporting their own Marketing & Sales Coordinator, Mylène
Legresley, as she competes in the event.
The Ottawa Race Weekend, which includes the
Ottawa Marathon, Half-Marathon and a variety of other races,
will be held on May 25, 26 and 27, 2007. This yearly event
takes place each Spring in Ottawa and raises funds for The
Ottawa Hospital Foundation. The event is the largest of it’s
kind in Canada and brings together over 30,000 runners from
around the world.
To date,
fundraising efforts during the Race Weekend have brought in
more than $4.5 million for The Ottawa Hospital. If you would like to
